PHARMACEUTICAL SUBSTANCES AND FINISHED DOSAGE FORMS

Azacytidine (pharmaceutical substance and drug)
Azacytidine is used for treatment of adult patients who are not eligible for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation because of:

high-risk and intermediate-2 degree of myelodysplastic syndromes according to the International prognostic scoring system (IPSS)
acute myeloid leukemia
chronic myelomonocytic leukemia with 10-29% marrow blasts without myeloproliferative disorder.

Bortezomib (pharmaceutical substance and drug)
An antitumor agent, the proteasome inhibitor. It is used in multiple myeloma treatment in patients who have undergone at least 2 courses of treatment and have a progression of the disease after the last course.

Decitabine (pharmaceutical substance and drug)
An antitumor agent, an antimetabolite, an analogue of the natural nucleoside 2'-deoxycytidine, acts as an inhibitor of the DNA methyl transferase enzyme. It is used in treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome of all types.

Fludarabel (pharmaceutical substance and drug)
The drug is used in treatment of various types of leukemia in adults and children including those previously treated with standard cytotoxic agents.

Imatinib (pharmaceutical substance)
The substance of an anticancer drug which is used in treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Pharmaceutical substance has high purity and corresponds to the best world analogues.

Carboplatin (pharmaceutical substance and drug)
A broad-spectrum antitumor drug based on platinum complex compounds. It is used in treatment of cancer of the ovary, cervix, bladder, prostate, lung, metastatic carcinoma of the breast, malignant tumors of the head and neck.

Pemetrexed (pharmaceutical substance and drug)
An antitumor agent, used for malignant pleural mesothelioma in combination with platinum preparations; with non-small cell lung cancer (locally advanced or metastatic) as a 2-nd line therapy.

Clofarabine (pharmaceutical substance and drug)
Clofarabine acts as an inhibitor of DNA polymerase α, ribonucleotide reductase, and disrupts the mitochondrial membrane with the release of cytochrome C and other proapoptotic factors, leading to programmed cell death. It is used for treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia in pediatric patients with relapse or refractoriness to therapy. Pharmaceutical substance has high purity and corresponds to the best world analogues.

Leucladin (pharmaceutical substance and drug)
A broad-spectrum antitumor drug. One of the most effective drugs for treating patients with hairy cell leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, non-Hogins lymphoma of low and intermediate grade of malignancy. The drug is also used in the treatment of multiple sclerosis.

Leukovir (pharmaceutical substance and drug)
The drug is used in treatment of relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis and secondary progressive multiple sclerosis.

Ribavirin (pharmaceutical substance)
Ribavirin belongs to a class of abnormal nucleosides which is active against human herpes viruses including types 1 and 2 Herpes simplex virus, Varicella Zoster virus. The drug is effective in the case of pathogen resistance to acyclovir and rimantadine. Pharmaceutical substance has high purity and corresponds to the best world analogues.

Alamin
Therapeutic and diagnostic preparation. It is used for fluorescent diagnostics to clarify the border of tumors, to identify otherwise not detectable tumor formations and intracavitary tumors for subsequent conservative treatment or during laparoscopy, as well as for photodynamic therapy of cancer.

The complex for enteral nutrition Provikam

The recombinant proteins are identical to proteins from the source organism, have a high degree of purification, and fully preserve their natural activity; can be used for rationalizing the search for new medicinal compounds. The proposed recombinant enzymes and electron carriers have high specificity to low molecular weight ligands, effectively catalyze regio- and stereospecific chemical reactions. The in vitro screening technique is easily scaled and automated.

HEMOSORBENTS

Nucleosorb
Hemosorbent is used for elimination of antibodies to nDNA from blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.

Liposorb
Polymyxin-B-immobilized sorbent. It eliminates lipopolysaccharides from blood plasma, and can be recommended for treatment of patients with purulent septic pathology.

Antiglobulin-E
Tryptophan-immobilized sorbent. It binds E and G immunoglobulins and can be recommended for treatment of patients with autoimmune and allergic diseases.

Gemo-Proteasosorb
It is used for selective elimination of proteolytic enzymes from the blood in order to detoxify the body in pathological conditions which are characterized by proteolysis activation and enzymatic intoxication.

Antilipoproteid
Sorbent is effective in treatment of dyslipidemia, atherosclerosis, and coronary artery disease.
