POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINE

The posters should be mounted during the registration. The conference organization will supply materials for mounting posters on the boards. Each poster will be assigned a number and must be mounted on the appropriately numbered board. You can check the number by referring to the printed or final on-line program. The size of the poster material must be max A1 (59cm x 84cm) / layout PORTRAIT.
The posters are meant to be on display until the end of the conference. After that, you can take your posters down. If any posters are left after the end of the conference, they will be removed and disposed.
